Quick update on the website front – I finally got around to updating the WordPress theme (GitHub link here).
There aren’t many notable design changes but it’s a start:
- Made the newsletter subscription box prettier
- Minor adjustments to the main menu (it used move other elements in order to get the line under it)
- The copyright year will now be taken from the PHP server
- Added the Mailing List link on the header
- Some minor stylining changes in the Blog area
This is the first change I have made to this theme in a year (last theme update I did was on 5 November 2017). I haven’t had much time with the website or the blog but I am committing to keeping an eye on it in 2019. This includes fixing any bugs and adding additional features.
